This year Black Friday, the American shopping event, imported to the UK by Amazon and Wal-mart owned Asda is set to take place on 28th November.
A number of high street stores have already confirmed plans to offer a range of Black Friday deals and offers mostly geared towards technology and electronics.

Black Friday 2014: Opening times for Asda, John Lewis, GAME, PC World and Argos
John Lewis will open at 8am on Friday- earlier than usual- and its flagship store in Oxford Street will stay open for business until 10pm.

Sainsbury’s is jumping on the Black Friday bandwagon for the first time since the phenomenon arrived in the UK after opting out last year. Deals kick off Friday morning in 485 stores until it’s gone.
PC World will offer Black Friday deals online and in store “until stock is gone” which will be opening at 8am.
